Terms & Conditions - Our terms and conditions are:

Any items recieved broken or damaged will be replaced. You must submit an RMA at https://organicrelief.us/index.php?route=account/return/add

Once we have approved the return, we will send you an RMA # to include with the return. If the item is not able to be returned, we will determine what to do then. Please email us a picture of any damages (packaging and product) and send it to sales@organicrelief.us with your name and invoice number in the subject line. It would be appreciated! We value your business. We otherwise have a no return, no refund policy. All Sales Are Final.

Shipping is done through USPS and is either shipped first class or Priority Mail.

Wholesale buyers are not permitted to sell Organic Relief, LLC products on eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or any other third party vendor websites without prior written permission from Organic Relief, LLC. Wholesale buyers are not allowed to offer any of the Organic Relief, LLC products at a discount without prior written permission from Organic Relief, LLC. Doing so will void any future abilities to purchase products from Organic Relief, LLC.

Organic Relief, LLC will, at their discretion, alert their vendors to any promotional rate offerings and scheduling as such which vendors can take advantage of.
